Platform: All steel deck with a slip-resistant surface. The
guard rails will fold down so the machine can pass through
double doors. Lanyard attachment points front and rear.
Guard rails made of heavy duty rectangular tubing along with
6" toe boards.
Extension
Deck: The new 5'
roll-out extension deck also has fold-down rails. The floor
of the extension deck has see-through holes so the operator
can see what is under him before he comes down. This
extension deck has a new type release handle along with
locks every 6".
Scissor Arms: The scissors arms are constructed of heavy duty
rectangular tubing. All pivot points have self-lube bushing,
that the through shafts ride on. The lift cylinder is
double-acting with a holding valve.
Chassis: The chassis is designed with a solid
rear axle and the industrys first caster type steering on
the front axle for a rough terrain scissor. The machine also
has 4 wheel drive & 4 wheel brakes. The lift capacity on
this compact rough terrain scissor is 1,250 lbs. total.
Electrical
System: Mechanic On Board, CONDOR uses a
state-of-the-art microprocessor-based control system. It is
designed with an integrated 4-character alphanumeric red LED
intelligent display.
Steering: Caster type steering with drive
motors in the front with brakes, all built into the king pin
assembly.
Hydraulic System: The proportional drive provides a
smooth response and excellent maneuverability. Along with a
high speed or high torque mode. In series drive, both pumps
are used for high speed, and in high torque, the system is
in parallel and only using one pump. The lift system is also
proportional up and down for a smooth response and excellent
maneuverability.
Standards: All CONDOR units are constructed to current ANSI
and CSA specifications.
