: The all steel deck has a slip
resistant surface and 6" toe boards. Lanyard attachment
points front and rear. New heavy duty rec-tangular tubing is
used for the guardrails.
Extension Deck:
A 3' roll-out extension deck with see-through holes
for operators view. NEW guardrails are of heavy duty
rectangular tubing, with a NEW release handle on the
guardrail.
Scissor Arms: The
scissor arms are con-structed of heavy duty tubular steel,
with cross bracing tubes at the ends for through shafts. All
pivot points fitted with self-lube bushings, and a double
acting lift cylinder with a holding valve.
Chassis:
Chassis has a welded base frame with a bolt in belly pan.
NEW caster type steering with zero inside turning radius and
new bolt on rear entrance steps. NEW easy to remove side
covers for access to all components.
Electrical System:
The NEW "Microms" D.C. traction motor controller
used with series wound motor offers proportional control in
all functions with improved performance, high reliability,
silent operation, and reduced down-time with its built-in
diagnostics.
Steering:
Steering is caster-type which affords this machine
unsurpassed maneuverability on any job site with a 6"
inside turning radius and an outside turning radius of only
93.5" which is one of the industry leaders on small
slab machines.
Hydraulic:
The NEW integrated hydraulic manifold with a NEW free-wheel
valve. NEW emergency lowering valve and hand-pump with all
cartridge type valves.
Pothole Guards:
The NEW pothole guards that fold up under the belly pan are
designed to lower when the scissor arms start raising up.
